Regular sessions take place Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm and are booked and paid online instantly. Premium sessions are available before 9am, after 4pm, and on weekends — arranged via WhatsApp subject to therapist availability. Premium Plus is a priority slot within 24 hours, any day, also arranged via WhatsApp.
Yes. All our services are available both in-person at our Haatso, Accra centre and virtually via a secure video link. Virtual sessions are just as effective as face-to-face appointments for most concerns — many clients prefer them for the privacy and flexibility they offer. Whichever format you choose, the standard of care is identical.
Nothing elaborate. Just come with an open mind and a general sense of what you would like support with — even if you are not sure how to put it into words yet. Your therapist will guide the conversation, and there are no wrong answers. The first session is simply about getting to know you.
Yes. All payments are processed securely through ExpressPay, Ghana's trusted payment gateway. Aruka Centre does not store your card or mobile money details at any point.
Yes. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment without charge provided you give at least 24 hours' notice. Requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session may attract a rescheduling fee or result in forfeiture of part of the session fee. If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as early as possible so we can assist and offer the slot to another client.
